Innova Primary Care's vision is "Mending People. Mending Standards." Our mission is "Transforming healthcare one guest at a time." At Innova, we work daily to give our guests an exceptional patient experience while also delivering high quality healthcare. We prioritize physician wellness and employee wellness for our team and use a team based approach to healthcare to accomplish this. We've grown tremendously over the past 10 years and have maintained our goal of continuing as an independently physician owned practice. We embrace the use of technology in our practice and use this to improve access and convenience to our patients. We would love to find other like-minded physicians to join our team to help us mend people and mend standards in healthcare!
Company History
Innova was founded in 2011 as a single physician practice. Since then, we have relocated to a newly remodeled building in 2017 and grown our team from 1 physician to a team of 2 physicians and 5 CRNPs. We became a NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home in 2015. Our model of care is team based care which allows a quality work-life balance for our providers and exceptional care for our patients.
