Western Branch Primary Care is located on Taylor Road in the heart of the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. Our new modern practice is 1 mile off the exit from I-664 and near the MMMBT. Surrounded by schools, churches, dining, entertainment and residential neighborhoods this busy practice is firmly established in the community we serve.

• 5 MD’s and 4 NP’s – each with 1:1 CMA support - really great team!
• Full Time Position open due to practice Growth – 100% outpatient
• Prefer schedule 5-8's M-F
• Shared Call Group – approx. 1:10 – no hospital requirement
• New Grads WELCOME!
• Point of Care Testing - Phlebotomist on site - PharmD in practice 2x per week
• Lab- EKG in practice
• EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting Average 18 – 24 patients per day after ramp-up period Bon Secours Mercy Health

Offers You:

• $35,000 Starting Bonus
• Resident Stipend:  $3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rd Year Residents
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance > 50 miles
• Up to $65,000 Med School Debt Assistance w/loan statement
• Guaranteed Base Compensation of $250,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met
• Bonus Available:  wRVU Productivity, $ per wRVU Quality Goal, System KPI attainment
• Annual CME Allowance:  $10,000

Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM).
